Scott Agge has extensive experience in the fire protection industry, serving as President and CEO of multiple companies. Scott started as President and CEO of Guardian Fire Protection Services, LLC in 2006, where they oversaw all fire protection services for 10,000 customers in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC. In the same year, they also became President and CEO of Confires Fire Protection Service, LLC, leading fire protection services in New Jersey, Delaware, and Pennsylvania for over 9,000 customers.

In 2018, Agge became President and CEO of Fire Pros LLC, the leading fire protection company in west Michigan serving over 7,000 commercial customers. Scott also took on the role of President and CEO of Fire Systems of Michigan, LLC, specializing in fire safety in Metro Detroit for 5,000 customers.

In 2019, Agge became President and CEO of Liberty Fire Solutions, LLC, serving 5,000 customers in Pennsylvania and Western Maryland.

Before entering the fire protection industry, Agge had roles in finance and operations. Scott served as Vice President of Operations at O/E Systems, Inc., and M/C Leasing, overseeing multiple departments and managing the lease portfolio. Agge also held the position of Director of Real Estate Assets at Burns and Wilcox, managing a nationwide portfolio of commercial real estate assets. Additionally, Agge has been a Principal at RHV Capital since 2012, overseeing investments in the fire protection industry.

Scott Agge attended the University of Michigan from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics. Scott then pursued further education at Walsh College from 1994 to 1998, obtaining a Master of Science (MS) degree in Finance.
