Nick Anderson currently serves as the Global Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at Guardant Health since August 2024. Prior to this role, Nick held the position of Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at PathAI from January 2023 to August 2024. Nick has significant experience at the FDA, where roles included Branch Chief and Regulatory Scientist from June 2019 to January 2023, and earlier as a Regulatory Scientist from May 2010 to June 2017. Additionally, Nick worked at BD as a Program Manager in Regulatory Affairs from June 2017 to May 2019, and at MSD as a Process Automation Engineer from 2007 to 2010. Early career experience includes positions at Decisive Analytics Corporation as a Senior Engineer (2004-2006) and American Commercial Barge Line as a Logistics Engineer (2002-2004). Nick holds a Ph.D. and a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Louisville, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from Loras College.
