Jerry Bruening has extensive work experience in sales and industrial supply consulting. Jerry is currently the Director of Sales at AirSpade and Guardair Corporation since October 2021. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as an Industrial Supply Consultant. Prior to that, they served as the Eastern U.S. Sales Manager at Tractel from 2017 to 2019. During their time at Henkel Corporation from 1995 to 2017, they held various roles including National Distribution Account Manager, Director of U.S. Strategic Sales Group, Director of U.S. Technical Information Service, and Adhesive and Sealant Engineer. Jerry also served on the Board of Directors at Industrial Supply Association from 2009 to 2015. Early in their career, they were a Field Artillery Officer in the U.S. Army from 1987 to 1993.

Jerry Bruening attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering. Jerry later pursued further education at the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business from 1997 to 2000, obtaining an MBA with a focus on International Finance. In 2004, they completed a Certificate in Industrial Distribution at Perdue University in Indianapolis, Indiana. In 2005, Jerry attended the IESE Business School, although no specific degree or field of study is provided for this period.
