Karol Grzesiak is a Senior Mortgage Specialist - Originator at Guaranteed Rate, with extensive experience in the mortgage industry, having funded nearly $400 million in loans and operating in over 20 states since March 2017. Prior to this role, Karol was the Owner and Founder of BeerForTextbooks.com and DormBooks.com, leading the growth of a textbook buyback startup from a single college dorm room operation to a network spanning 81 colleges and universities, achieving $450K in annual buybacks and over $700K in annual revenue. Karol holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business, completed in 2009.
