Madison C. is an experienced design and operations leader in the architecture and landscape architecture sectors, currently serving as Director of Design and Operation at R&F Properties since July 2018, overseeing high-profile projects valued over 1.2 billion USD. Previously held the position of Associate Design Director at OJB Landscape Architecture, where Madison managed a diverse consulting team and client coordination. Madison also gained expertise as a Senior Designer and Project Manager at AECOM, focusing on urban design and landscape architecture, and as a Project Manager at C2 Collaborative, delivering award-winning projects. Madison holds a Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Science in Urban Planning from Zhejiang University.
