Jesi Mann has extensive experience in water management and customer service. Currently serving as Assistant Division Manager at the Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority since January 2014, Jesi has held multiple roles including Hays Wastewater Manager, Chief Operator, and Operator. Prior to this, Jesi worked at Lowe's Companies, Inc. as an Outside Garden Receiver from April 2012 to January 2014, overseeing the unloading and inspection of garden products. Jesi's career began at HEB Grocery, where from March 2006 to March 2012, supervision of the Central Checkout department and customer complaint resolution were key responsibilities. Jesi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Anthropology from Baylor University, earned between 2004 and 2008.
