Neli Angelova has extensive experience in management and customer service roles, currently serving as Quoting Manager Lead at GTT since November 2020. Previously, Neli held the position of Quoting Manager at GTT Bulgaria from September 2017 and worked as a Database Specialist at Société Générale from June 2015 to September 2017, where responsibilities included database management and generating Ad Hoc reports for business needs. Neli began a career in customer service as a Call Center Specialist and also worked as a Hotel Receptionist at Hotel Victoria, showcasing a strong foundation in customer relations. Neli holds multiple degrees from the University of Economics - Varna, including a Master's in Business Economics and another in Sales Management and Merchandising, along with a Bachelor's in Management.
