Alan Tarkowski is an accomplished Limited Partner and Investor at GTMfund since September 2021, with extensive experience in early-stage SaaS companies as Acting Head of Sales and Advisor since May 2016. Previously, Tarkowski served as Vice President of Business Development at Fortinet from January 2017 to August 2024, where significant achievements included generating over $3 billion in sales opportunities and facilitating over 80,000 meetings. Earlier roles included Vice President of Sales at SocialChorus and Worldwide Vice President of Sales at Gigya, where Tarkowski played a critical role in scaling revenue from approximately $3 million to $40 million ARR. Tarkowski’s career in technology sales spans various startups and organizations since 1997, underpinned by a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a focus on Marketing from DePaul University.
