Andrew Belzer has a diverse work experience in the fields of software engineering and technology. Andrew is currently serving as a Senior Software Engineering Team Lead at Groundswell since November 2021. Prior to that, Andrew worked at Bayer Crop Science as a Cloud Engineer from October 2019 to November 2021, and as a Software Developer from August 2018 to October 2019. Andrew also gained experience as a Software Developer at Monsanto Company from January 2017 to August 2018. Andrew's early career began as a Lab Technician at Truman State University, where they conducted research on tick species and performed statistical analysis using R. Andrew presented their findings at the national conference for vector ecology during their time there from January 2014 to May 2015.

Andrew Belzer attended Truman State University from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
