Jamie Smith-Talwar serves as Vice President of Program at GSV Ventures since April 2024. Previous roles include Director of Education, Senior Manager of Academics, and Academic and Content Operations Manager at Subject from September 2021 to November 2023. Smith-Talwar contributed to the Noble Network of Charter Schools as Dean of Instruction from August 2017 to September 2021 and held positions as Data Analyst at Empower Schools, Summer School Principal, and High School English Teacher at Noble Network from 2014 to 2016. Smith-Talwar’s earlier experience includes being the Founding Reading Teacher and Curriculum Writer at Collegiate Academies and serving as the 9th Grade Dean. The educational journey includes a Master of Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education, a Master’s degree from Auburn University, and a Bachelor’s degree from West Virginia Wesleyan College.
