Mr. Kuek Eng Chye, Anthony is the Non-Executive Chairman of the Company. He was appointed to the Board on 18 November 2014 and is the Remuneration Committee and Nominating Committee and a member of the Audit Committee.

Mr. Kuek holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Hons) degree in Economics from the University of Singapore, a Master in Business Administration degree from Ateneo de Manila University, Philippines, and a Diploma in Adult Teaching and Learning, University of Canterbury, New Zealand.

Mr. Kuek held several senior positions in his early career with the Singapore public service and followed by a long professional career in a regional development bank. In the latter, he led the bank’s engagement with senior public officials and the business community in several countries in the region. Upon retirement, he took on several consulting assignments in Indonesia working closely with ministers and senior officials in various economic ministries.
