Cristian Gil is the Chairman and Co-Founder of GSR, a leading firm in algorithmic digital asset trading established in 2013, where billions of dollars in digital assets are traded daily using proprietary software for various liquidity needs. As an Independent Investor since 2009, Cristian manages a diverse portfolio across technology, real estate, restaurant/hospitality, and media sectors in the US, Mexico, China, Brazil, and Spain. Previously, Cristian served as an Energy Trader at Goldman Sachs from 2001 to 2009, following a role in Capital Markets Strategies from 1999 to 2001. Cristian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, obtained in 1999.
