Sarika Bhatt is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Currently serving as the Corporate Human Resources Manager at GSP Crop Science Pvt Ltd since February 2023, Sarika has previously held positions as Head of the Human Resources Department at Texel Industries Ltd. and Head of HR at VMS TMT PRIVATE LIMITED. Beginning a career in human resources at Nextray Technologies as the Plant Human Resources Manager, Sarika has consistently handled all HR roles and responsibilities. Academically, Sarika holds an MBA in HR and Marketing from Victoria International University, along with a degree in Business/Commerce from Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University Agra, and a BTEC National Certification in Aviation Services Management from Frankfinn Airhostess Training Institute.
