Madhur Nayak has a diverse work experience in the gaming industry. Madhur is currently working at GSN Games as a Senior Game Designer, starting in November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at 99Games for seven years, starting in 2014. At 99Games, they held several roles including Senior Game Designer from June 2018 to November 2021, Game Designer from October 2015 to June 2018, and Quality Control Engineer from January 2014 to October 2015. Before joining 99Games, Madhur worked as a Trainee Quality Control Engineer at Robosoft Technologies from October 2013 to January 2014.

Madhur Nayak obtained a Bachelor of Engineering - BE degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from N M A M Institute of Technology, NITTE, from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2009, Madhur attended Mahatma Gandhi Memorial College in Udupi and completed Pre University Education in Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and Statistics.
