Le Hoang Mai currently serves as the Head of Operational Finance at GSM - Xanh SM since August 2023, focusing on financial modeling, strategic management, budgeting, forecasting, investment planning, reporting, and risk management. Key responsibilities include developing financial strategies for market entry, overseeing budgets, managing cash flow, and ensuring internal controls. Previously, Le Hoang Mai spent nearly 14 years at KPMG Vietnam as a Senior Manager in Audit Services, managing diverse client portfolios and leading teams in statutory and compliance audits, demonstrating expertise in IFRS, local GAAP, and various regulatory standards. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Learning Manager at ACCA, where responsibilities included program development and partnerships to enhance the financial education landscape in Vietnam. Le Hoang Mai holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Foreign Trade University.
