Ken Cadorin is a seasoned operations executive with extensive experience in facilities management. Currently serving as the Director of West Coast Operations for GSH Group since June 2015, Ken oversees operations across West Coast accounts, managing budgets, supervising regional managers, and leading contract compliance. Prior to this role, Ken was the District Manager for ABM Industries, handling facilities maintenance in Sacramento and the East Bay. Ken's background also includes significant tenure as a Senior Project Manager at ZECO Electric Company, where complex control projects were successfully executed for notable clients. Additionally, Ken was the Owner and President of CADCO Electric and served as Chief Engineer for Lurie Management, managing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. Ken is a Stationary Engineer Apprentice Graduate.
