Francisco Manriquez is an experienced facilities management professional currently serving as a Shift Manager at GSH Group since October 2022. Previously, Francisco held the position of Assistant Facilities Manager at Cushman & Wakefield from January 2021 to October 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing daily operations, managing maintenance programs, and ensuring compliance with contracts. Francisco also has extensive experience with the City of New York in facilities management and project and contract management, accumulated over a 15-year tenure from January 2007 to January 2022. Francisco completed education at Universidad Nacional de Panama from 2000 to 2004.
