Matt Hays currently serves as Partner and Chief Revenue Officer at GRYPHON, starting in May 2019, after holding roles such as Managing Director and Director of Asia & Corporate Operations. Prior to this, Matt Hays was the Country Director at the International Republican Institute from May 2013 to May 2019, focusing on advancing democracy and political participation. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President of the Research Department for Young Professionals in Foreign Policy, Legislative Assistant for the U.S. House of Representatives, and Sr. Account Executive for Counselor Resource Group, LLC. Educationally, Matt Hays holds a Master’s degree in Global Affairs from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in History and International Relations from American University.
