Heidi Brown serves as the Managing Director of Litigation Support at Gryphon Strategies since September 2019, specializing in witness development and background inquiries for private and government litigation. Prior roles include Associate Principal Investigator at FINRA, where investigations focused on broker violations of securities regulations, and Director at Kroll, managing a variety of domestic and international investigations. Additionally, Heidi has experience as a freelance writer and editor and served as a staff writer for Forbes Magazine, covering Russian business and politics among other topics. Early career highlights include reporting for the Associated Press and Vladivostok News, focusing on post-Soviet issues. Heidi holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Russian Language from Oberlin College and has pursued intensive language studies at St Petersburg State University.
