Eric Chebi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and marketing strategy across various technology-driven companies. Currently serving as the Director of Professional Services at Gryphon.ai, Eric leads the implementation of AI-powered conversation intelligence solutions. Previous roles include Head of Email Strategy at Feel The Stoke, VP of Merchant Success & Onboarding at Daasity, and Director of Enterprise Customer Success at ReSci. Eric's background also features significant positions at Quantum Metric, DemandGen, Oracle, Listrak, INTERUSH GLOBAL SERVICES, and ExactTarget, where expertise in client relationship management, marketing automation, and eCommerce strategies was developed. Eric holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Human Resource Management from Arizona State University West and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of North Florida.
