Katie Costello is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President at Gryphon Investors, Katie also held the position of Head of Finance at Pandion and Vice President at H.I.G. Capital. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Associate, Associate, and Analyst at ACON Investments, L.L.C., as well as an MBA Internship focused on Strategy & Innovation at DICK'S Sporting Goods. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and is pursuing further education at The Wharton School.
