Rachel Schulman has extensive experience in the coffee and automotive industries, currently serving as Technical Training & Support at Gruppo Cimbali SpA since March 2023, where responsibilities include delivering technical support and developing standard operating procedures to enhance productivity. Previous roles include a Barista at La Colombe Coffee Roasters and various technician and operational positions at Girls Auto Clinic, Elixr Coffee, Venturi Coffee Works, Sump Coffee, King Street Coffee, and others. Rachel has demonstrated expertise in equipment maintenance, quality control, training, and customer service throughout a diverse career spanning multiple facets of coffee preparation and vehicular maintenance. Notably, Rachel was also the Head Technician for the coaching team of the 2022 US Barista Champion Runner-Up.
