Mariana Aguirre has extensive experience in both entrepreneurial and compliance roles, currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, focusing on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Simultaneously, Mariana has contributed as a Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experience includes managing Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, practicing as a nutritionist in a private clinic from February 2016 to 2019, and teaching at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017, covering subjects related to nutrition and food history.
