Ana Daniela Briones is an experienced professional in organizational development and training, currently serving as the Organizational Development & Training Manager at °Õ³ó±ð°ù³¾´Ç³Ù±ð°ì® since March 2023. Prior to this role, Ana held positions such as Training & Organizational Development Supervisor at Genie – a Terex brand, Organizational Development Head at The Home Depot México, and Organizational Development & Training Lead at GRUPO GONDI. The career began as an Organizational Development Generalist at Munters. Ana holds a Master’s degree in Labor and Organizational Psychology from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León and a Bachelor's degree in Labor/Organizational Psychology from Facultad de Psicología - UANL.
