Amanda Lins is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in organizational culture, talent acquisition, and employee development. Currently serving as HR Head at Grupo SOMA since August 2024, Amanda focuses on recruitment, culture engagement, organizational development, and diversity initiatives. Previously, as People & Culture Director at EmCasa from October 2020 to July 2024, responsibilities included defining recruitment processes, culture development, compensation planning, and onboarding. Amanda's career also spans a significant tenure at brMalls, where roles included Manager of Attraction, Learning, and Development, among others, contributing to recruitment strategies and organizational transformation. Amanda holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro and has professional certifications in management and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
