Rafaela Souza is an experienced HR analyst currently working at Selpe Gente e Gestão since June 2022, following a role as a postgraduate intern at Vallourec Lavor from December 2021 to June 2022, where the focus was on recruitment and selection. Prior to that, Rafaela served as an intern at Vallourec South America from January 2020 to December 2021. Rafaela holds a degree in Psychology from Centro Universitário Presidente Antônio Carlos - UNIPAC, obtained in 2021, and has completed a Lato Sensu postgraduate degree in People Management from Faculdade Venda Nova do Imigrante – FAVENI in August 2022.
