Ana Luiza Mendes is an HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. At Viveo, from August 2022 to May 2024, Ana Luiza served as a Junior HR Analyst, acting as an HR Business Partner in a health distribution center, managing training, employee engagement surveys, and recruitment processes across various platforms. Prior to this, Ana Luiza worked as an HR Assistant at the Instituto de Cardiologia e Transplantes do Distrito Federal, focusing on talent acquisition and employee integration. Ana Luiza’s previous roles include administrative positions in pharmaceutical and logistics companies, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and additional qualifications in logistics and secretariat management. Currently, Ana Luiza is pursuing a specialized course in Person-Centered Approach at CPHB.
