Rafaela Valeriano Sirpa is an experienced organizational and clinical psychologist with a strong background in human resources. Currently serving as an Organizational Psychologist at Grupo Pegoraro since July 2022 and as a Clinical Psychologist since March 2021, Rafaela has previously held roles such as Recruitment and Selection Analyst at Focsi Foco em Seleção de Inteligências, where responsibilities included managing recruitment processes from operational to managerial levels. Rafaela also worked as an HR Analyst at Fafiltec, focusing on structuring the HR department and overseeing administrative functions, and gained initial experience as an HR Intern at Supermercados Estrela. Rafaela holds a degree in Psychology from Universidade do Oeste Paulista, completed in 2018.
