Gonzalo Souto Revenga is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in restaurant and food service management. Currently serving as Director de restaurante at Grupo Paraguas since February 2019, Gonzalo has previously held similar positions at Grupo La Máquina and Eurostars Hotels, where responsibilities included overseeing food and beverage operations. Prior to these roles, Gonzalo was Subdirector alimentos y bebidas at Hilton Hotels & Resorts. Gonzalo holds a Master's degree in Hospitality and Tourism from Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara, completed between 2013 and 2015.
