Francine Ferraro is a Sustainability Specialist at Grupo Oleoplan since July 2016, focusing on certification processes related to sustainability and the carbon market, including national and international certifications for sustainable raw materials and biofuels. Prior experience includes a role as a Business Intelligence Analyst at Grupo Oleoplan, conducting decision-support analyses, and serving as a researcher at Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul, evaluating the exporting performance of Brazilian enterprises. Additional roles include internships at Banco do Brasil and Receita Federal, focusing on exchange operations and document analysis for imports and exports, and teaching English at Wizard Idiomas. Francine holds a Specialist degree in Business Intelligence and Strategic Management and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations, both from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul.
