Jalieh Fagúndez has a strong background in talent acquisition and human resources. Jalieh is currently working as a Recruiting Lead at Grupo Mercel S.A. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist & People Consultant at Top Talent Global, where they managed the end-to-end recruitment process and acted as a strategic partner to clients. Jalieh also worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Simetrik, where they participated in the development of initiatives in the area of People. Before that, Jalieh held roles as a Senior Talent Advisor at Hublance, Talent Management Lead and Senior Talent Management Analyst at Data IQ - Qlik Elite Master Reseller, and HR Generalist at Swiss Medical Group. Jalieh began their career as a Personnel Administration and Payroll Analyst at Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

Jalieh Fagúndez obtained a Licenciatura in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Universidad Metropolitana (VE) from 2008 to 2013. Additionally, they earned a Diplomatura in Strategic Planning from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello from 2014 to 2015, and a Diplomatura in Human Resource Management/Personnel Administration, General from Escuela Argentina de Negocios from 2015 to 2016. Furthermore, they have obtained several certifications, including a Programa Ejecutivo en Business Analytics from Universidad del CEMA in 2020, an Analytical Mindset certification from Universidad de Palermo in 2020, and a Fundamentos de la negociación certification from LinkedIn in 2020, among others.
