Andrei Valentim is an experienced product designer specializing in various digital domains. Currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at Grupo JCPM since May 2022, Andrei focuses on Shopping Omni and the development of design systems for multiple products. Previous roles include Product Designer at abastece-aí, where Andrei developed the Digital Account feature and payment experiences using the Pix protocol, and VUI Designer at Cristal Indigo, working on Alexa and Google Assistant integrations. At Betha Sistemas, Andrei worked on digitizing processes for public sectors, while at Ninsaúde, Andrei contributed to a software system for medical clinics. Early in Andrei's career, positions included Administrative Assistant at Prefeitura Municipal de Ararangua and Translator at Mail.ru. Andrei holds a Specialist degree in UX design from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina and a degree in Languages from Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina.
