Roberto Babio started their work experience in 1996 as a Banquet Manager at Emory Conference Center. Roberto then worked as a Restaurant Manager at Las Ventanas al Paraiso Resort from 2001 to 2003. Roberto joined One and Only Palmilla Resort in 2003 as an F&B Director and held that role until 2016. In 2016, they became the Food & Beverage Director at Grand Velas Los Cabos. From April to December 2017, Roberto worked as an F&B Director at The Westin Los Cabos Resort Villas & Spa. Since 2018, they have been with Grupo Hunan, starting as the Hacienda Cocina & Cantina General Manager and later becoming the Regional Director Field Operations.
