Ruben Hernan Hidalgo Mosqueda is an experienced construction professional with a strong background in supervising and coordinating various infrastructure and residential projects. Since June 2021, Ruben has served as Jefe de Instalaciones at Grupo Ferrara. Previous roles include Inspector de construcción at Suministros y Servicios Kodiak C.A and Coordinador de Control de avance at Inelectra, where significant projects such as the Conversion Profunda at Refineria de Puerto La Cruz were managed. Ruben has also held supervisory positions at various companies, overseeing residential and telecommunication infrastructure projects across Venezuela. Academic qualifications include a Diplomado en Inspección de Obras Civiles from Universidad de Oriente and a degree in Civil Engineering from Instituto Universitario Politécnico Santiago Mariño.
