Estefani Huauya Rezza is an experienced professional in ecommerce and communication, currently serving as an Analista Ecommerce Web at Grupo Efe since August 2023. Previously, Estefani held the position of Asistente de Contenidos Digital Ecommerce at Tottus, where responsibilities included monitoring inventory and addressing product quality issues reported by customers. Estefani also worked as an Asistente de Redacción de Contenidos at TIVIT LATAM, focusing on virtual assistant content and report generation. Early experiences include roles in communication practice at TECSUP and Caltimer Servicios Generales S.A.C, as well as a public relations internship at the Cuartel General del Ejército, and internal auditing at Scotiabank. Estefani holds a degree in Comunicación and Relaciones Públicas from Universidad de San Martín de Porres, completed in 2019.
