Evelyn De Azevedo Carvalho is an experienced HR Analyst with a strong background in recruitment and selection processes. Currently employed at Grupo Cromus since January 2022, Evelyn oversees end-to-end recruitment, including candidate profile alignment, job postings, resume screening, and interview facilitation, alongside pre-employment documentation management. Prior to this, Evelyn worked at IVALIS Group from September 2017 to January 2022, where responsibilities included high-volume recruitment, knowledge of various employment contracts, and handling departmental routines such as payroll and employee benefits. Evelyn holds a degree in Human Resource Management from USCS - Universidade Municipal de São Caetano do Sul and has also completed a technical course in Business Administration and Management at ETEC - Escola Técnica Estadual de São Paulo, along with ongoing education at TALKNTALK.
