Cirley Tupe is a highly skilled technology professional with extensive experience in software development and leadership roles, currently serving as Líder Técnico at Grupo CINTE since May 2022. Previous positions include Web System Developer at Accenture and Zemsania Colombia S.A., and Desarrollador web at BM Datos Costa Rica. Expertise encompasses developing applications in PHP with Laravel and CodeIgniter frameworks, as well as backend software development and front-end development using various technologies.
