Tey Yanagawa currently serves in the R&D | People Innovation role at Cia de Talentos, focusing on the development of digital solutions for recruitment, selection, and career guidance since June 2019. Previously held positions at Cia de Talentos include roles in People Innovation and Talent Acquisition, emphasizing innovation culture and training programs for entry-level hires from August 2009 to June 2018. Earlier experience includes consulting at PUC Júnior Consultoria. Tey Yanagawa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language and Literature from USP, and has completed multiple educational programs focused on service design and facilitation.
