Ligia Oliveira is an experienced professional in employer branding and human resources, currently serving as the Head of Employer Branding at Cia de Talentos since May 2013. Ligia's expertise encompasses attraction strategies, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and employer branding innovations. Previous roles include HR Project Manager and Key Account Manager, where Ligia managed client relationships and project implementation across various sectors. Additionally, Ligia has contributed as a consultant for youth engagement and career development and as a professor at ESPM, focusing on employer branding and employee experience. Educational achievements include an MBA in Project Management from Ibmec and a degree in Pedagogy with a specialization in Career Guidance. Ligia is also active as a coach and mentor with Grupo Mulheres do Brasil and has a foundational background in sales and marketing across several organizations.
