Graciele Nogueira currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at Grupo Brasanitas since June 2023 and has been a Senior People Management Analyst at Solví Participações S.A. since January 2020. Previous experience includes roles in recruitment and selection as well as training and development at Penske Logistics from April 2013 to January 2020, and as a Human Resource Analyst at CEVA Logistics from June 2010 to July 2012. Graciele initiated a career as an intern in psychology, supporting various HR functions and focusing on recruitment at a multinational corporation. Additionally, Graciele holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Anhanguera Educacional and is pursuing a postgraduate specialization in Neuroscience and Behavior at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul.
