Wanderley Filho is a highly experienced technology manager with a strong background in software engineering and team leadership. Currently serving as Tech Manager II at Grupo Botic¨¢rio since May 2024, Wanderley has previously held key positions such as Engineering Manager at QuintoAndar, where responsibilities included overseeing web applications and microservices, and Engineer Lead at Localiza, focusing on high-quality engineering practices and team development. Additional experience includes roles at Pier and Accenture Brasil, where skills in mobile application development, agile methodologies, and team management were honed.
