Chandni Chawla currently serves as the Director of Research and Development at OIC Foods Inc. since September 2024. Chandni holds extensive experience in the food industry, having worked as Sensory Lead and R&D Manager at Grupo Bimbo from October 2019. Prior roles include Global Sensory & Consumer Science Manager at Nestlé and Senior Product Development Manager for Seasonings at PepsiCo, where leadership in the seasoning department for snacks targeting the Indian Subcontinent was a significant responsibility. Additional experience includes roles in food regulatory affairs and product development at Confederation of Indian Industry and Heritage Foods Limited, respectively. Chandni Chawla holds a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology from Guru Nanak Dev University and a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from Delhi University, complemented by a certificate in Marketing Research from the University of Toronto.
