Bindiya Sharma, Ph.D., currently serves as the Lead R & D QSR at Grupo Bimbo since May 2023, having extensive experience in the food technology sector. Bindiya holds the position of Head Technical Support Food Tech (R & D) at Zimplistic Inventions since April 2017 and has been the Research and Development Manager at Assocom Institute of Bakery Technology and Management since August 2013. Additionally, Bindiya has worked as an R & D Executive at Jindal Drugs since May 2012 and previously managed quality control at Kashmir Walnuts Overseas Ltd. from August 2009 to April 2012. Bindiya's expertise includes QMS preparation, conducting process trials, and developing SOPs, supported by a Ph.D. in Food Science and Technology from Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology Jammu and a Master’s degree in Dietetics from the University of Jammu.
