Victoria Tortonda is the Gerente de Recursos Humanos at Grupo Avintia, a company with an annual revenue of approximately 600 million euros, since April 2016. In this role, Victoria leads the design, planning, and execution of recruitment processes. Prior to this position, Victoria held the role of Responsable Selecci贸n, Planificaci贸n y Gesti贸n Integral del Expatriado at Assignia Infraestructuras, S.A. from July 2006 to April 2016, and served as Responsable de Selecci贸n at ISOLUX CORSAN from August 2001 to June 2006. Victoria began their career as a T茅cnico de RRHH at Ferrovial from May 1999 to July 2001. Victoria's educational background includes a Master鈥檚 in Human Resources Management and a Licenciatura in Psychology from Universidad Pontificia Comillas, as well as various executive training programs focused on leadership and HR practices.
