Mitsuo Gutierrez is an experienced professional in the fields of industrial engineering and strategic planning, currently serving as the Transformation Agile Program Management Officer at Grupo AlEn since August 2009. Mitsuo has held multiple positions within the company, including Gerencia de Planeaci贸n Digital y Data Analytics and Strategic Planning Manager, focusing on Lean&CI projects and process redesign to enhance operational efficiency. As a Co-Owner at Tail Society since May 2019 and formerly the Logistics and Operations Director at Marita Foods Inc., Mitsuo developed key supplier relationships while ensuring timely and quality logistics planning. Mitsuo began career development as a Trainee IT and KM Consultant at CEMEX, where responsibilities included managing internal databases and establishing knowledge management standards.
