Rute Marques Pinheiro currently serves as the Change & Strategic Projects Lead at Grupo Ageas Portugal, a position held since 2017. Prior experience includes a role as a Business Analyst at Ocidental from 2012 to 2017 and as an Analyst at Grupo Millennium BCP for one year in 2011. Rute has an extensive educational background, with a Master's degree in Management from FEP U. Porto, an Executive MBA from Porto Business School, and specialized immersion programs in Modern Dilemmas and Design Thinking from IE Business School and the University of California, Berkeley, respectively. Additionally, Rute participated in an Erasmus program at Academia de Studii Economice din București, focusing on Economics.
