Rita Lopes currently serves as a Marketing Technician at Grupo Ageas Portugal, specializing in Digital & Channel Marketing since February 2022. Prior to this role, Rita worked at NOVA IMS Information Management School from October 2014 to December 2021, initially as a Data Analyst focused on statistical data analysis for customer satisfaction studies across various sectors, utilizing tools such as Smart PLS and SAS for data modeling. Rita also contributed to the evaluation project of the Portuguese National Plan for Reducing Addictive Behaviour and Dependencies (PNRCAD) from 2013 to 2020. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduation in Information Management with a specialization in Marketing Intelligence from NOVA IMS Information Management School and a degree in Information Management from the same institution, along with studies at the University of Ljubljana, School of Economics and Business.
