Paula Martins has extensive experience in marketing and customer relationship management, currently serving in the Customer Programs and Campaigns department at Grupo Ageas Portugal since August 2021. Prior to this role, Paula worked at Ageas Seguros from April 2016, holding positions such as Marketing Technician in CRM & Analytics and Digital & CRM. Paula's career began at AXA in February 1999, where significant responsibilities included leading Email Marketing Strategy and Data Gathering. Paula holds multiple qualifications, including a Proficiency in Search Engine Marketing from FLAG, a Digital Marketing Management Program from Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics, a Pós-graduação in Marketing Research & CRM from Instituto Superior de EstatÃstica e Gestão de Informação, and a Licenciatura in Mathematics from Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
