Andreia Sepúlveda is a Senior Compliance Specialist at Ageas Portugal Grupo since May 2021, previously held a similar position at Santander Portugal from May 2018 to March 2021, where key achievements included the implementation of General Data Protection Regulation and customer risk assessment in anti-money laundering. Prior to that, Andreia served as Head of Compliance and Internal Control at Eurovida from May 2008 to May 2018, focusing on process reviews, internal control metrics, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, Andreia held leadership roles in marketing and business controlling within Eurovida and Popular Seguros. Starting their career as a Senior Auditor at KPMG Portugal, Andreia developed expertise in financial audits and internal controls across various financial institutions, beginning with positions at Banco BPI and Banco Espírito Santo S.A. Andreia holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Finance and a Postgraduate in Banking and Insurance Management, and has participated in various executive programs related to leadership and management.
