Karolina Szymczak is an experienced professional in the field of health and safety, currently serving as the Dyrektor BHP and previously as the Kierownik Biura BHP at Grupa Unibep since April 2022. Prior to this role, Karolina was involved with WARBUD S.A. from January 2019 to April 2022 in the Dział BHP and held the position of Główny Specjalista ds BHP i Ochrony Środowiska at KARMAR S.A. from July 2010 to December 2018. Karolina's career began at BOT as a Specjalista ds Ochrony Środowiska from May 2007 to June 2010. Academic qualifications include a magister inżynier degree in Inżynieria środowiska from Szkoła Główna Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego w Warszawie (2004-2010) and a certification as an Inspektor BHP, specializing in Zarządzanie Bezpieczeństwem i Higieną Pracy from Wyższa Szkoła Gospodarowania Nieruchomościami in 2011.
